THINK Gas Mileage+ card:

Definitions:

1. “THINK Gas Mileage+ Card” is a program designed as a Fleet & Retail management tool and targeted to CNG vehicle fleets and individual owner in Delhi & NCR by THINK Gas, hereinafter called as THINK Gas”.
2. THINK Gas RO” means selected THINK Gas retail outlets (CNG pumps) at which the THINK Gas Mileage+ Card will be accepted.
3. “Member” means a member of the THINK Gas Mileage+ Card {{fleetClusterTitle}} Program on approval, which is, any business entity controlling a {{fleetClusterTitle}} of vehicles.
4. “Card” refers to the THINK Gas Mileage+ Card - {{fleetClusterTitle}}
5. “Vehicle” refers to any CNG consuming unit.
6. “Data” means personal information provided in the application form

Membership & Enrollment for THINK Gas Mileage+ Card - {{fleetClusterTitle}}.

1. Any business entity or individual with {{fleetClusterTitle}} size of minimum 2 vehicles can enroll into the THINK Gas Mileage+ Card - {{fleetClusterTitle}} Program.
2. Any individual designated by the member for using the THINK Gas Milage+ {{fleetClusterTitle}} Card must be above 18 years of age.
3. {{fleetClusterTitle}} can comprise all types of vehicles.
4. Applicants can only apply for the pre-paid facility on the card.
5. Incomplete and unsigned applications are liable to be rejected.
6. THINK Gas reserves the right to grant or refuse membership to THINK Gas Mileage+ Card : Program.
7. Each business entity will be given only one card per vehicle.
8. Cards will be delivered to the Applicants authorized representative only after receiving the card cost and verifying the complete application form.
9. The member should take adequate precautions to protect the cards and prevent damage.
10. For the card be lost, a fresh application can be made for a new one on payment. The latest charges would be available on request and can be viewed at the website of the Program.
11. All cards will be provided with a PIN feature to be activated on first usage.
12. Any liability arising due to card loss, misuse, or out of sharing of PIN consciously or otherwise, would render the member liable for all losses.
13. The loss of the card should be intimated to HelpDesk immediately, and THINK Gas shall arrange to hotlist the card. However, THINK Gas will not be liable for any misuse whatsoever during the interim period
14. Any change of information as provided in the THINK Gas Mileage+ Card : Application Form must be notified to THINK Gas Mileage+ Card : Service Centre.
15. The THINK Gas Mileage+ Card : Program has no predetermined termination date and may continue until such time as THINK Gas decides to terminate the Program, at any time, with or without notice.
16. The card cost is non-refundable.
17. All communication will be sent to the address given in the THINK Gas Mileage+ Card : Application Form and it is the responsibility of the member to inform THINK Gas Mileage+ Card Service Centre about any changes in the address.
18. All communication will be deemed to have been received by the member and THINK Gas bears no responsibility for communication not received or lost in the mail or courier.
19. The Member permits THINK Gas to use the ‘Data’ for marketing activities. However, THINK Gas would ensure confidentiality.
20. All telephone instructions received and verified shall be deemed proper and THINK Gas shall not be liable for executing these instructions in good faith. All such telephone instructions will be treated as having been written and signed.

Loading & Payment :

1. The card will have the electronic equivalent of cash loaded on the NFC card which will be referred to as e-cash. The amount to be loaded through many options. The details are available at www.think-gas.com
2. The e-cash is a payment towards future purchase.

General :

1. THINK Gas reserves the right to discontinue THINK Gas Milage+ Card : membership to any member who appears to be using the program in a manner inconsistent with the Terms and Conditions or intent of the Program or any portion of the Program. THINK Gas also reserves the right to discontinue membership for any member who acts in a manner inconsistent with local or state laws, statutes or ordinances.
2. All interpretations of Program rules shall be at the sole discretion of THINK Gas.
3. THINK Gas reserves the right to add, modify, delete or otherwise change any of the rules, conditions, benefits, pertaining to the Program at its sole discretion, with or without notice.
4. The Program and any benefit, offering or the like relating to the Program, shall not be construed as to constitute a contract or otherwise establish a contractual relationship between THINK Gas and any THINK Gas Mileage+ Card - {{fleetClusterTitle}} Member.
5. Nothing in THINK Gas Mileage+ Card : Program rules is intended or shall be construed to create or establish any agency, partnership or joint venture relationship between THINK Gas and the members and partners.
6. Terms and conditions of THINK Gas Mileage+ Card {{fleetClusterTitle}} Program are governed by the laws of the Republic of India and will be restricted to the Delhi jurisdiction under the Delhi High Court.

10. The Terms and Conditions are subject to change without any prior notice.
11. The Terms and Conditions of the Prepaid Cards will be Part and Parcel of the Agreements signed earlier and vice versa with M/s IndusInd Bank.
